Please make sure that before our first session together, you have to read and sign the Client Agreement and
Disclosure Statement below. Once signed, please send through to my e-mail with your full name and date on the subject line.
​Your first session will ONLY be booked as soon as you send through the signed copy. As a courtesy, please do so promptly.
